How do you make your smoothies/shakes?

I want to start making smoothies or shakes, you know - healthy stuff in my blender!!


So, what's your "recipe"?? I don't even know where to start!

I tried Katy's spinach smoothie w/chocolate soy slender amd frozen berries.....it was AWESOME!!!!!

Here are 2 of my favorites (sorry if they've already been posted--I haven't read all the responses):


BANANA-BERRY SMOOTHIE: 1/2 c vanilla Light-n-Fit yogurt; 1/2 c lt vanilla soymilk; 1/2 frozen banana; about 3/4 c frozen mixed berries...if it's too thick I'll add a little extra soymilk


CHOCOLATE-BANANA: 1 frozen banana; just less than 1 C chocolate soy slender...you can also add a spoonful of natural PB to this one. **AND I just started throwing in a huge handful of fresh spinach leaves (thanks, Katy!), and it turns it a hideous sludge color, but you
