BANANA-BERRY SMOOTHIE: 1/2 c vanilla Light-n-Fit yogurt; 1/2 c lt vanilla soymilk; 1/2 frozen banana; about 3/4 c frozen mixed berries...if it's too thick I'll add a little extra soymilk
