HELP! Spag Sq Bfast -- make ahead?

My sister and I are doing a large family brunch tomorrow for my DD and my neice's first communion.  Think 75-ish people (and that's just our family and my BIL's parents!  My BIL's family and DH's family live too far).


I'm making a spaghetti squash breakfast casserole.  Could I make it tonite and reheat it tomorrow?  Or should I just try to do it tomorrow?  Tomorrow will be crazy as the party is RIGHT AFTER mass.
