Hello all..
I must admit I bought the books for the sbd diet a long time ago, but being addicted to caffeine made it hard to do phase one. Since then I moved to Las Vegas from Arizona, and lost 30lbs by diet and excercise changes. I'm furthering my weight loss by maintaining the exercise and switching my diet to sbd. Since i have gotten off soda pop, i think this will be much easier than before.
A little about me. I'm 34 yrs old, I'm 5ft tall, and I weight 204.2 lbs. I work graveyards as a sleep technologist administering sleep studies for a sleep medicine clinic here. I want to lose as much weight as I can, my doctor is estimating 80-90lbs since I am a small frame (bone wise). My goal is to be a healthy weight not skin and bones.
I am having a hard time dating because of my weight, so I've chosen to make this my #2 on my list. Diet and exericse. School is #1. I'm going for my bachelors for the first time in 15 years.
Any advice, suggestions, would be helpful. I am moving this coming weekend to a roommate situation to eliminate stress from bills, so this should be a cakewalk...

Just an FYI I gave up caffeine for medical reasons as well as diet.
