I am always reading about the yummy shakes people make, but I've thought that they were more for those people  that were not trying to loose pounds.  Today I was at the supermarket in the afternoon and had not yet eaten lunch.  I thought I would break down and buy the Light Silk Soy Milk and make a shake with plain ff yogurt, bananas, etc.  Well it was a crazy day and I never wound up making the shake, but I did try the milk.  Keep in mind I am not a milk drinker and I only put milk in coffee and cereal.  It found it was very, very watery.  I kept shaking the carton.  Is this normal for the light?  I bought it, because it was 1/2 the fat of the regular Chocolate Silk Soy.  I guess in a shake it would be fine with lots of ice.  I was just curious as to what others thought?

I am not familiar with that particular brand, but I think the soy milk that is truly legal is Soy Slender.

I drink the Plain Light Silk Soymilk as well. It's pretty good!
