Serving size for yogurt and fruit

I have three questions:

1. My most recent passion is FF Vanilla Yogurt with some strawberries.  I've been eating it for my P.M. snack everyday.  I buy the large container, which has about 4 servings in it.  The serving size on the container is 1 Cup, but I feel like that's such a huge serving.  I can eat it with no problems, but I feel like I'm overdoing it.

2. Fruit - how much is a serving?  I know one apple, pear, orange, etc... is a serving, but what about strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc...

3. Also - I have a question not related to the above.  Do any of you know if eating too much chili will plateau your weight loss or even make you gain a pound or two?  I made a huge batch the other night and have eaten it for lunch 3 days in a row.  I'm feeling bloated (which is normal after eating chili), but I also gained 1.5 lbs!!  How often should we or should we not eat chili?

Hi Lisa,

You can have vanilla yogurt as long as it's fat free and doesn't contain sugar or high fructose corn syrup.
