Jamba Juice?

I am in P2 and I am wondering if getting a fruit smoothie at Jamba Juice would be ok?
If you are not familiar with Jamba Juice here is a link to their website so you can see the nutritional info, etc.

I like to get one of the "Jamba light" flavors (less calories, etc.) in size medium. If I had no other fruit would that be ok?
Thanks,
Nicol

Maybe someone else can help out here, but it looks like they include juice in all of the Light ones.
As far as I know all their smoothies are made with some type of juice. Even 100% juice w/no sugar added is a no-no because its high glycemic. By juicing the fruit, you remove all the fiber and turn it it into liquid fructose - which spikes blood sugar.
I don't they have ANYTHING made there with NO juice. I had a great smoothie place at my gym in CA that gave you the option of having your smoothies made with Crystal Light in place of juice. That was perfect - I could get one called a "Berry Low-Carb" which was raspberry Crystal Light, strawberries, blueberries and ice. So it was perfect. They also had milk based ones made with non-fat milk - so you could get milk, ice, banana and peanut butter. But I haven't found any other place that gives you those options, especially not a big box chain like Jamba.

Thank you Joy & MichaelAnn. You are right, the smoothies are made with real fruit juice. Bummer. I will have to ask them if they have any other ways of making them, but I doubt it. I know they do have one that uses milk, PB & banana but its so high up there in fat, I always avoid that one.
My DD & I used to like to grab a smoothie when we were out running errands, so quick, refreshing & I thought healthy. I will be looking for other options.
Thanks,
