by eating foods that I think are OK on Phase II and then I come back here and find they are off limits. Two days ago it was pork in a tomato soup gravy that I thought was OK because it was tomato, come here and find out, nooooooooooope because it was tomato SOUP.
then today I eat a slice of watermelon, thinking it was OK because on Phase II fruit is OK, BUT, noooooooooooope, then I had a salad this evening that contained craisins and then come here and find out, noooooooooooope.
Kind of frustrating. I feel like I gotta carry around the book at all times because there seems to be exceptions to general rules, like with the fruit and the tomato. Not deal breakers, more of a psychological thing cause I am trying to stay within the correct diet.
