MichaelAnn and I have both mentioned that we use this SBD-friendly granola.  This is the only granola I've found that is suitable.  It's very low in sugar, low-glycemic (even diabetics can eat it), low fat, low calorie, but it tastes great!

Thanks for pointing this out, Maggie. I have seen this brand in my grocery store, but never stopped to look at the nutrition on it. And I like trying new 'stuff'!!! I just opened a box of Optimum Slim for breakfast this morning. Got the idea for that one from you too!!!

Optimum Slim is one of my faves and always in my pantry.

Optimum Slim is pretty good. I doubt DH would eat it tho. He loves his Fiber One Honey Clusters. They are still my favorite too, but I like the Kashi cereal too. Helps to change things up some.

I have never found Fiber One Honey Clusters, though I keep my eye out for it because of what people say about it.

The Honey Clusters is about all I can find around here!!! I had to go to Whole Foods to find the Optimum Slim. Honey Clusters and Kashi must be pretty popular around here.

Hello ladies thougt I would add my two cents to your discussion.

Fiber One Honey Clusters I found in the local walmart and the bare naked fit almond crunch granola I found at Fresh Market a small specialty store in town.

Portion control -- that is the main reason I have avoided the Bear Naked granola.
