For those of you who have done phase 2 lite , did it help to jump start you again? I'm considering going to that for awhile since I literally have been plateaued since january. I am hoping it will jolt my body and jump it back into the groove. What are your experiences?

I absolutely agree that before you cut back on the nutrients your body needs from grains and fruit it's a better idea to take a close look at serving sizes and eliminate calorie dense foods.
I agree with Cathy.
Okay...this totally brings up a question I have had for a while concerning oils/fats.
"So, when you mention reducing the amounts of fat, are you just referring to nuts/nut butters/salad dressings, etc., or should fats be reduced all the way around on a daily basis?"
I'm just speaking for myself here, not speaking for SBD.
