You’d think the countdown to summer (31 days, tick-tock) would instill the fear of string bikinis in our quivering thighs. Not in shape yet?
There are other ways to get your body ready for skimpier outfits. Take some time for yourself. Have a spa day (or hour). Get rid of dull, scaly winter skin by exfoliating. Exfoliation boosts circulation, so your skin will look radiant and feel firmer.
How about a manicure and pedicure. Treat yourself. You'll feel better and your feet will be sandal ready.
Treat yourself to some summer make-up. A trip to the drug store for a new bronzer will give you a sun-kissed look.
And, once you start pampering yourself and finding some "me" time, you just might feel motivated to hit the gym.
