No fat ricotta cheese topped with cooked rhubarb, hot from the saucepan with vanilla and a little nutmeg in it. Use what sweetener you like. I use Z-sweet. It is heaven to me. Yummy. feels like an ice cream sundae. I love it. Leila

No, I didn't use a lot!!!!!!!!! I also have some sweetener that is made from dried dates, used some of that once.
I don't need food too sweet, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Z sweet also is not quite as sweet as splenda, so I've been told??? rhubarb is my new thing.
