This granola is made my a local company here in Atlanta. I tried a taste at an open air market and it was good, but I wanted to see if it was legal before I ordered any. It doesn't have nutritional values, but it does have the ingredient list. What do you think?

No Sugar Buzz Granola: *Rolled Oats, *Shredded Unsweetened Coconut, *Walnuts, *Sesame Seeds, *Apple Juice, *Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil, *Flax Seeds, *Sunflower Seeds, *Cinnamon, Sea Salt . (*denotes organic)

Without the nutritional info, it's really hard to make an educated guess.

I agree with Joy. Another reason is that it contains coconut which is not permitted on SB in any phase.

I'll see if I can find the Bare Natural type. I wanted a little to sprinkle on some yogurt/fruit parfaits. Are there any good recipes for making your own "granola" type food?
