I couldn't find the ingredient list online, but I do remember that it does not contain HFCS. 3 slices = 45g. This is first bread I have found that you can actually make a sandwich with only 1 grain serving.
Is the information enough to okay this product for SBD?

Hi,
The fiber is a little low on this bread.
Gotcha.
I just got back from the grocery store and checked out the ingredient list.
Yikes!!
This thread made me take a look at the bread I've been buying and I made an unpleasant discovery.
Even though the fiber is good (6g/57g slice -- I know 1 slice is 2 grains), it has hfcs in the ingredient list.
Looks like it's time to buy new bread for dh and myself.
This is the same bread that I use, but I usually buy the Fiber & Flax version (the one with the green label).
I guess I need glasses!!!
