Panera Bread Help

I'm meeting friends at Panera in the morning, and I'm stuck on what to order besides coffee.
I pulled up the nutrition info (didn't even get as far as ingredients) and I can't find anything SB friendly that'll be available at 8:00am. At least I'm assuming salads won't be out yet, and i certainly don't want one that early.
My (old) fave thing there is the asiago cheese bagel. It's low in sugar, but also low in fiber. The only other thing that's low in sugar (nothing has good fiber content) is a croissant. Even the drinks on the menu aren't friendly.
Does anyone know if they have any sugar-free syrups for the coffee drinks? I've also included a link to the nutrition guide. Maybe I'll just have a diet coke, unless they have pepsi products. Then I'll just have a hazelnut coffee and call it a day.
Thanks for any insights anyone can provide. I guess I should have suggested Starbucks; I at least know they have sf syrups for coffee drinks. Plus I have a gift card for Starbucks.

ETA -- upon further inspection it looks like the whole grain bagel is the best option. It's not fully legal, but it's the friendliest item available. Ingredients are listed within the site itself, by selecting the individual menu items; not on the nutrition info link page.

Hi,
I don't see any legal choices on the menu.
Not being much of a morning eater isn't far from the truth, actually.
I probably will just get a cup of coffee and be happy.
I don't go to Panera much, but I know at lunchtime they always have pieces of fruit, or fruit cups out.

As I'm still making my way into P2, I'm eating grains other than breads because bread is my downfall.
I just had hazelnut coffee (2 cups) and enjoyed the fellowship and catching up that we were able to do.
