Is pepperoni allowed in phase 2?


Are there any legal croutons?


Why does it seem like most people, including myself, seem to have daily/weekly weight fluctuations?  Why isn't the weight loss consistent?

Only turkey pepperoni is allowed, and on a very occasional basis (maybe 1x/week).

Just want to clarirfy the guidelines for processed meats (pepperoni, etc.):


be sure that the product doesn't contain more than 6 grams of fat per 2 to3 ounce serving.

They didn't have the kids flat out at Publix today so I bought the Light original.

Your wraps are legal if the first ingredient says "whole wheat flour".
