Well I am well into the SBD book now and quite impressed. May actually be able to start my phase 1 tomorrow. Question is, can I use stevia instead of artificial sweeteners or is that too close to actual sugar?? Would anyone care to give me some input before I start out incorrectly?
Look forward to chatting with you bunch of hard working SBD'ers.

You can use Stevia, or whatever zero calorie sweetener you prefer.
Hi Shiela,
Just wanted to pop in and say hi and welcome!
I have used Stevia and have some here.
Another natural sweetener that you can use is agave nectar. It's legal because it's lower on the glycemic index.
I don't like the taste of stevia either.
Thanks for the reply.
They have agave nectar at Whole Foods but I can get it right in my regular grocery store.
Thanks, will run down to the market, it's a large one so they would probably carry it as well.

So agave nectar is okay even though it has 16 grams of sugar and 60 calories per 1 tablespoon?
