I picked up a couple boxes of the Strawberry Banana and broke into them this morning. Wow...these are yummy!

My question. Are they counted towards STC? I've tried looking around and have seen the question posted previously, but couldn't find the answer.

Also, sort of related to Tide Me Over and showing my weirdness, does anyone have mornings where you just aren't hungry? I know you need to eat breakfast, but for some reason I just am not hungry today - so I did a "light" breakfast of a Kashi TLC bar and a Tide Me Over and I'm going to grab an apple to eat later this morning.

I was pretty much off plan all weekend and I'm wondering if this is a "normal" reaction to going back on plan after a bad few days? Then again, I'm stressed at work and there's a summer cold going around the office, could be either or both of those.

Hi,

I'll ask the nutritionist how to count the 30 calories in the Tide Me Overs and get back to you.

I keep a Tide Me Over in my car for days when I'm running errands, and need something to literally 'tide me over'.

The nutritionist has confirmed that the calories get counted towards sweet treats.

I am one who is not hungry in the morning -- I have never been a breakfast eater.

Thanks. I had a feeling they would be STC, which is fine, I don't plan on drinking them often, but it's nice to know for sure.

Before SB, I wasn't a breakfast person. Almost always, the first thing I'd eat during the day would be lunch around 1:00 in the afternoon. But now, I "force" myself to eat something in the morning. During Phase 1 it was the veggies; but I've discovered that if I don't have my grains in by the mid-afternoon I tend to overeat them at night.

I do think I'm starting to either get sick or something I've recently ate doesn't agree with me. We went out for Chinese for lunch today and I barely touched my steamed chicken and broccoli, and now the idea of eating dinner is making me sick to my stomach.
