Who feels FAT? What'cha doing about it??
Based on the journals, a lot of people's weight seems to be up; even if it isn't, I sense a general 'fat' feeling around the board.
So, if you're feeling that way, what are you doing to keep yourself motivated to stay on track??

Personally, I'm not weighing daily.
The heat/humidity sure hit me this weekend! We went to spinning class Saturday morning and then straight to the pool and spent the whole day there - I'm sure if was at last 97 that day and of course humid, then dh and I went out to dinner and our favorite wine bar that night. Overall - those 3 things not a good combo in one day! I'd been sitting at 113 for weeks and weeks (without even the "normal" fluctuations) Then suddenly Sunday I was 117! Haven't seen that number in at least 8 months. My wedding ring was so tight I couldn't get it off, so I KNEW it was water retention/bloating. Drank a ton of water Sunday and yesterday. Back to 113 today - but gotta love how a little dehydration/heat/humidity can wreck havoc with the scale - 4lbs in ONE day LOL! And then gone again in one day too.
We're off to the gym now, then to the pool again all day - I'm guzzling water as much as I can to prevent a repeat!

Ooh, me, me, me!
I've been having a fat day since last week sometime.
The scale has been up for me for a few weeks now, but hit an extreme high late last week.
I can't really say that I feel fat maybe more discouraged at this point.
Jeni - you are doing great!!
While my rings are still fitting fine, my belly is another story.
