Based on the journals, a lot of people's weight seems to be up; even if it isn't, I sense a general 'fat' feeling around the board.

So, if you're feeling that way, what are you doing to keep yourself motivated to stay on track??

Humid heat and dry heat are VERY different. I lived in Palm Springs (same weather as Vegas) and now in Houston, TX. Palm Springs would get 115-118 (even up to 121 in August) but I never got bloated or retained water like I do here with the humidity. Neither heat really bothers me, but the humidity definitely affects my body differently. I don't sweat and lose as much water in the dry heat as I do in the humidity. I loved being back in the desert when we went to Vegas.

Joining the "Fluffy Brigade"....my weight was up a bit this morning too..and I know it is partly the blasted humidity because my rings are tight!

So I am trying to drink more water! At least I am not doing what I would have done prior to SB...which is jump right into an eating FRENZY!
