Slow but steady -- it's working

A week or so ago I was feeling stalled, but the scale has been going down slowly. I started SB on June 1 and have lost 10 lbs. going from 220 to 210. It isn't as fast as I had hoped, but I know if I hadn't started this plan I would have continued to gain weight and would be at least 225 by now.
There are so many benefits beyond losing weight. My sugar and carb cravings are gone and I feel so much better. I've joined a gym and I'm exercising at least 4 times a week. I don't have any more acid reflux. I'm sleeping much better. And I can actually enjoy the delicious food that's on SB without feeling guilty or deprived.
