Quick question for all of you who are experts at the WOE.  I had a salad from Chipotle today with just lettuce, chicken, tomota salsa and tomatillo salsa (no dressing).  It seems SBD friendly for phase 1 to me but just want to make sure there is not something I am missing.  I am single and tend to work a lot so usually end up grabbing something out more than cooking at home.  Any other suggestions for quick bites that anyone might have.

Thanks,

Vanessa

Here's a great link to a previous discussion about Chipotle.

Without knowing the exact ingredients of the 2 salsas it's hard to say for certain.

There is no sugar in any of their salsas per the nutritional info pamphlet I have looked at at the restaurant. Obviously the roasted corn salsa is not SBD-friend, but the rest are fine, as is the guac! The pinto beans are made w/bacon, so they are a no - but the black beans have no added fat or sugar, just spices.

I have rarely seen a salsa with added sugar, in fact I have NEVER seen on in the grocery store that has added sugar, it is usually a very safe condiment.
