Hi Karen,
Call me old fashioned but the 2nd ingredient listed as "enriched wheat flour" says its a no-no. With that said, the "rules" have changed so much since I started in early 2005. I've seen some products ok'd by the nutritionist with similiar listed ingredients.

I tried to find the logic in some of the responses, and agree with this product that the rationale is probably the whole wheat flour being #1, but still, #2

I have to agree with you regarding the confusion with the "official" information that we receive.
"I was attracted to this WOE because of the emphasis it places on "whole" and "real" foods, not highly processed ingredients like so many other plans."
Definitely the reason why I adapted this WOE and was successful in losing 70Lbs and maintaining goal for almost 3 years!
