Hi Karen,


Call me old fashioned but the 2nd ingredient listed as "enriched wheat flour" says its a no-no. With that said, the "rules" have changed so much since I started in early 2005. I've seen some products ok'd by the nutritionist with similiar listed ingredients.

I went to the Phase 2 guidelines to check on this and see that they say whole grain products need to be at least 3 grams of dietary fiber per serving with a

I tried to find the logic in some of the responses, and agree with this product that the rationale is probably the whole wheat flour being #1, but still, #2

Definitely the reason why I adapted this WOE and was successful in losing 70Lbs and maintaining goal for almost 3 years!
