Wow, this board has so many topics and is so active, I don't know how the CL's keep up. They do a GREAT job!!! (Edited to change the word Mods to CL's, which I meant to say originally.)
I've been busy and haven't posted on here in a while. I stalled on SBD and haven't accomplished my goal (yet).
But I wanted to say that I just tried a delicious snack called Apple Chips by Seneca. They come in different varieties and I tried the cinnamon. Wow!! Delicious!!!
It was low in sugar so I thought it'd be a good snack. Then someone asked me how many carbs it has and it listed at 20 g. I guess that's high.
Has anyone tried this snack? Is it not recommended at Level 2?

Thanks, Michelle. Below are the ingredients and other info. I guess the corn syrup is a no-no.
The ingredients are: apples, canola, sunflower and/or safflower oil, corn syrup, sugar, dextrose, cinnamon, citric acid, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), natural flavor.

It would be better if they were baked and not fried to obtain that crispy texture.
But baked apples are wonderful with cinnamon and dried apples would be great too - especially with cinnamon. :)
I agree with Michelle; the corn syrup and sugar rule this out as a legal snack.
Hi,
Just wanted to pop in and say "Welcome Back".
Thanks! Glad to see you're still here.
I edited my post to change the word "Mods" to "CL's" which is what I meant. This board is so busy, I don't know how the CL's do it! You do a great job!
You should be getting paid for this! :)
Thanks, Joy.
That's unfortunate. It was a small bag and I ate most of it. But that will be my last bag.
*sigh*
