Are These Things Legal

As I'm adding grains, I'm paying close attention to whether or not individual things fit the SBD guidelines.  I would really appreciate some input as to the legality, as it were, of some of the things I recently picked up.

1)  Rice Select Organic Whole Wheat Couscous -- ingredients: certified organic unenriched whole durom semolina wheat; nutrition info: serving size 1/4 c (55g) uncooked, fiber=7g

2)  Arnold/Brownberry Natural Health Nut Bread -- I think each slice is a little more than 30g, like maybe 43g or so.  The web site didn't list full ingredient/nutrition info that I'm awake enough to try to located, but here's what was easily locatable with a minimum of clicks

Arnold Natural Health Nut: Made with crushed whole wheat, real walnuts, wheat bran and barley for a delightfully nutty taste and texture. 8 Grams of Whole Grains and 3 grams of Fiber per slice.

As near as I can tell, these things are all legal.  I'm just looking for clarification if any of them aren't.

Also, as I venture out into new eating areas (I've always been pretty picky) I'm likely to have lots more questions.  Thanks for all the assistance and patience.

The weather sirens are going off -- have been for a few minutes now -- so I should close down.

Thanks for the quick response.

As for the bread, it's just so hard to find something with the 3g/30g.

Nancy,

The Pepperidge Farm 100% whole wheat mini bagels are actually a better choice over the Thomas' brand if you can find them in your area:

Thanks for the add'l info, Cathy,

I'll look for the Pepperidge Farms when I'm in need of the mini bagels again.
