Anyone else have hypothyroidism?

Wanted to know if you were having success with SBD, as I have just recently packed on 12 more unwanted pounds when switched to a higher dosage of Levoxyl.  Seriously bummed and planning to go on SBD, but wanted some feedback - all (positive, negative) accepted!!!!!

Thank you!

I have hypothyroidism. I was diagnosed in Oct 2006. I have struggled to find the correct dosage and that has been frustrating. I had also put on about 10 pounds even though I've always exercised and thought I was eating pretty healthy. I would lose the same pound over and over again. I had trouble moving the scale much at all. I decided to try this and started a month ago. After ten days I had lost four pounds. I haven't lost any more lately but it has made a big difference in my body. My clothes are getting too big for me! I'm 129 right now and want to lose about another five pounds. Five pounds on me makes a huge difference. I'm feeling really good too. I knew one mistake I was making was that I was restricting my calorie intake a lot, but I didn't know how to fix it. South Beach is a whole different way of looking at food and it's working for me. My husband and I really like the food too. It's a much healthy way of eating.

Good luck to you. Give it a try, you'll be surprised at the results. I was.
