Splenda Blends?

I use these on occasion, but have never really asked directly if they could actually be approved for SBD.  Is it completely discouraged to use Splenda for Baking or Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and treated as personal choice or should it be considered sweet treat?

The one thing I have had trouble finding substitutes for is cakes.  I tried a couple different cake recipes using only regular Splenda and just wasn't happy with the result.

The Splenda for Baking and Splenda Brown Sugar blend are not legal and would be a personal choice to use these items.

Sorry :(

I figured as much, but thought I would get it in writing to see if it helps me stop using them!

My suggestion would be to try Whey Low (I think it is www.wheylow.com).

It is not calorie free, but it is reduced and a lower gycemic index than sugar.

Most likely you will need to order it on-line (I did and I live in a big city in CA).

I have not noticed any aftertaste - but that is just me.
