Around 5:30 I'll have 2 clementine's, 2-3 stalks of celery with natural pb, and maybe a cheese stick. Around 10:00 I'll have a Kashi TLC bar and 2-3 stalks of celery.
I'll be at Starbuck's by 6:50 for my skinny vanilla latte and drink that throughout the morning.
Normally, I have either a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich/wrap or some spaghetti squash with pasta sauce and broccoli/chicken, but I'm super swamped at work and don't have the time or appetite for a big, heavy breakfast.
Past Races:
-Boston Run to Remember Half Marathon, 5/29/11 (2:35:11, no training!)
-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)
-BAA 10k, 6/26/11 (1:04:52, wanted to be under an hour...)
-Tavern to Tavern
Today's breakfast was Arrowhead Mills 4 Grain Plus Flax hot cereal, with a spoonful of PB & splash of soymilk. I was going to make a spinach-ricotta tart, but was too hungry to wait for it! So I'll make it and have it for lunch instead. ;o)
yum! I made a batch of the sb mini egg omeletts. egg beaters, broccoli, mushrooms, turkey sausage and cheese. its so great to freeze these individually - then i have them all week. just microwave and heat!
Thanks for posting the ww muffin recipe. I tried making them with agave nectar and they are in the oven right now- they smell great. Ya'll have certainly inspired my breakfasts!
Erica, I know this question wasn't for me, but I've baked with agave quite a few times. I've always had success with it. You just have to remember that when you are substituting a liquid sweetener for a dry one, you need to decrease the other liquid in the recipe a little bit. I don't know by how much exactly, but you should be able to tell when the dough looks right.

Would you post the WW blueberry muffin recipe?
Thanks!
Jenn
Here's a link to the recipe that I use...I just substitute about 3/4 of a pint of blueberries for the bananas.

Hi Patri - would you please post your review on cooking with agave and let me know how much you substituted?
Erica, I know this question wasn't for me, but I've baked with agave quite a few times. I've always had success with it. Hope this helps!
Hi Erica,
I searched the web to see how to substitute agave nectar for sugar and I found all different ratios.
