I was browsing through the organics section and found this cereal. My search funtion isn't working today...it keeps freezing my computer at work. Can you please let me know if this cereal is allowed and how do I count it??? It looks good to me but you never know if there is something in it I shouldn't be having. I bought it anyway since it looked so healthy and has NO SUGAR but it was pretty expensive.

Cathy,
The serving size says 0.5 cup. Would this be too much?
Every cereal has a different volume for it's weight.
I just checked because I really like this cereal.
Thanks Cathy,
Yes that does help alot!
Yes the cereal is very yummy especially mixed in some yogurt!
