Phase 1 or 1.5??

I started Phase 1 Monday and I haven't lost an ounce. (4 days later) But I did "cheat" yesterday. I was wondering should I be on Phase 1 or "1.5". I work out 4-5 times a week, for an hour each. Two of those hours are strength training and the rest are cardio. Anyway, I had pumpernickle croutons on my salad yesterday before I worked out because I was feeling so tired. Does the amount of exercise I do put me in the category to start on Phase 1.5? (I was thinking of only having one serving of fruit and grain on the days I do strength training).

If your cravings are under control I would suggest just moving into phase 2.
