Finished My First Week on SB

Good Morning,
Just wanted to share my first week results on SBD. This is the first time I have ever done this program. I am pleased to say that I lost 6.8 pounds during my first week. While I realize a good amount of that is water weight, its still very motivating to see the scale going down, down, down. Its been fairly easy and I am looking forward to the same this week.
I only exercised once last week but plan to go to the gym at least 5 days this week. Imagine if I had these kinds of results without exercising how well I can do with exercising. I am so happy that my sister in law started this program and shared her results with me.
I have been doing a lot of reading of past threads, as suggested. Yesterday I even printed out a bunch of information that at a glance will help me buy groceries, eat at a restaurant, make sure I am following the guidelines to a T. I am going to put them all in a binder and keep them with me at all times. Less chance of slipping up that way.
