I need some motivation.

Today is the last day of the first week of Phase 1. I have stuck with it and have lost a ton of weight but I am ready to eat my body weight in mashed potatoes, today.

I've been looking over my SBD book and I see that Phase 2 adds back in the things I'm really craving on a daily basis. Mainly fruit but also some whole grains. What I can't find is how many servings of each get added back in? Is their a standard? Can you guys please tell me that Phase 2 will be easier? I feel like I've eaten more eggs and veggies then I thought was possible.

Here is the link to the phase 2 meal planning guide - it lists the number of servings you should be eating per day in each category:
http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-fbsouthbeach&msg=16317.1&ctx=0

But basically, the first week of phase 2: add one starch/grain serving per day and one fruit per day. In week 2 of phase 2: eat 2 starch/grains per day and two fruits per day. In week 3 of phase 2: eat 3 starch grain servings and 3 fruit servings per day. You stay at 3 servings of each per day for the rest of phase 2. "Serving" sizes are listed on the Foods to Enjoy list for phase 2. It is 1oz for most grains, it varies for fruits. Continue to eat 4.5 cups veggies, 2-3 servings dairy, 2.5 servings fats, plus protein, and your optional nuts and sweet treat calories.
