Personal ?...Gas?

Since I have started the SBD I have been eating a lot of foods that I used to avoid due to gas. I have been eating a lot more beans, eggs, and soy than in the past. Lately, I have been having bad cramping in my tummy and increased amount of gas. Does anyone else have this problem with any foods they eat? If so what do you do about it? It is becoming painful and I do not want to give up these very yummy foods. Thanks




I have read that soy is a big cause of gas in some people.

I used to take Metamucil when I first started sb but I cut back and will start incorporating it again!
