Things have finally calmed down enough..

So I can really give it a go (again). today is day 3, and I have a massive headache, due to withdrawl from carbs. And to top it all off, I've been going into work early to amke up time lost last week with a sick kid, and early today so I can go to my assessment at my new gym. Still not open, but they are running a "preview" gym for free. I am eating P2 yogurt (my kids went away for the week, and left their yogurt which expires soon), so it's not strict P2, more like P1.5.
I want to get my diet under control before I quit my job and go back to school in 6 weeks, only another 16 days to work until I am done. Yeah me!!
I've figured out an alternative to the iJournal. I paper journal. I just don't have enough energy or time to do a full journal, and this keeps me honest with what I am eating. And, so far it is OK. Gone from 168 to 164.5 (which could be anything). I still want to get down to 140 would be ideal. But we'll see where I end up!!
