I told people at work i was going to shape up and I was asked later if I wanted some cake, they had a party for some guy retiring. I said, no, I want your support!!!!!!!!!!! Forget the work crew. It was kind of funny.

I did well and had dinner planned but the man who put my new sink in said not to clean pans in it tonight and just finished. 7:30 PM. i might just have a can of black bean soup with sour cream and salsa and some tabouli. No sense cooking at this point.

nighty night,

Sometimes it works to tell people you're lactose intolerant or highly allergic to things and then they leave you alone.

I've worked there for 5 years, they all know I can eat aything, we are like a family. So, that line won't work, it is just not relying on them to be supportive and it doesn't matter. I have to rely on me. But thanks. Love my sink. It is black, some kind of stoneware and one side is very deep.

Now I am off all week-ends, happy to be saying TGIF again.

have a happy day. leila
