New to South Beach, and this board!

I'm happy to find this board! I am Jacque and hoping to lose some weight. I started Phase 1 on Monday and have lost about 5 pounds already! So, I'm encouraged by the weight lost but not so encouraged by the food. ;) Salads and veggies are getting pretty old. I was so excited to see the idea for eating taco salad on some of your older posts. I don't know why I hadn't thought of that! Anyone else have something they love to eat or any other ideas for me? Thanks so much, and I look forward to having this board for support and motivation to keep on the SB diet!

Welcome! I am relatively new to this board as well. That's great that you've lost 5 lbs already!! I've been on phase 2 for 2 months and that's about all I've lost. :( I make taco salad quite often because everyone in the family loves it so I don't have to worry about making extra stuff for them. On phase 1 I also liked making wraps with lettuce leaves instead of ww tortillas. Once you get to phase 2 you will have more options so don't get bored and hang in there!
It is pretty quiet here today, but everyone here gives great advice and motivation.
Very cute children by the way- I hope all the Sunflowers aren't yours too!
