Evening, Ladies:
I am on my first week of Phase 2 and was wondering if you could recommend the type of crackers I can eat. I know they must be whole wheat with 3 grams of fiber. But could you all give me specific brand names that you like?

Triscuit (any variety), Wasa crispbreads, and RyKrisp are the ones I choose.
are the crackers you talking about crispy like saltine crackers....I really miss those and wonder the best type of soup cracker.
