Hello all again!!

Yep Barbara is back....again complete with head hung low. I did SBD some time ago and lost 47 lbs. The problem is I got complacent let my commitment slip and ended up getting down right lazy. I made some weak attempts to get back on SBD but each time I got lazy. Over the course of the last year, I have watched that 47 lb loss dwindle down to a 28 lb loss or a 19 lb gain. I have to stop the slide and I have to do it now before it is too late. I want that good energy level back and I know the effort I must put into it to get bact to where I was is worth it. I made it work once I know I can make it work once again.

Thanks Joy! I am going to do phase 1 for a few days to a week just to get back into the groove of things. It's good to see all of you are still here giving all the wonderful support you always have. The guidance you give is wonderful.

Thanks Cathy! I know alot of my problem w/SBD was a matter of being disciplined with the WOE, like I said I got lazy. When I was really in the "groove" or "zone" or whatever, I did fine.

I really like the fact that anyone
