I see from your blog that you plan to restart phase 1 --- NOT NECESSARY. Just continue on as planned. You will be ready to start Phase 2 at the end of two weeks. You'll also need the addition of a fruit and a grain at that time - they will be really satisfying and help you stay in control longer.
Also, you don't have to eat eggs every day. In the Phase 1 Getting Started thread you'll find a link called Tired of Eggs? with tons of other ideas!!
