Hi all,
Am new here and know little about SBD. Is there a website I can go to to read the basics, get lists of approved foods, menu ideas etc?
A little about me....a couple of years ago I lost 45 lbs on WW and did well at keeping it off until 6 months ago when I slowly started gaining. Now I'm up 10 lbs! It is pretty upsetting esp because I had worked so hard to get the weight off, and I don't EVER want to get back to that weight again! So I need to nip it in the bud now! I thought maybe SBD would be a way for me to jump start the loss again. I'm 38 ...btw. I weighed 155 as of this morning :(. At my lowest I was 144.
Another question...is it ok to start directly into Phase 2? I hate to say "I can't" but honestly cannot imagine I can give up all carbs for 2 weeks!
