phase 1 struggles

phase 1 struggles

Hello! I just finished phase 1 and found I only lost a few pounds. I am frustrated and almost embarrassed, but still motivated to try phase 2 again for another week or two. I think I may have not followed the guidelines as strictly as I thought I could. For example, having slightly more than 2 servings of milk/yogurt or not keeping track of my sugar free treats to be <100 cals. I think some of my portions may have been too large? I do prefer this style of eating and once I got rid of the cravings it became much easier. Please share your thoughts or advice! thanks and have a great day!!

I agree that you should keep with it and start on phase 2.
It isn't recommended to stay on phase 1 for longer than 2 weeks.
