Losing smaller amounts of weight on SB?

I was wondering if anyone had much success on South Beach when they only had 15-20 pounds to lose? From what I've read there's a lot of success for people who have higher amounts, so I'm wondering if it works when you're almost at goal.
I was thinking about starting SB to get rid of these last 15-20 lbs. I eat pretty healthy, but still eat carbs (oatmeal, rice and a lot of fruit...no bread though), so I was thinking this may do the trick for me. I've already lost about 15 lbs over the last few months (lots of exercise!), and I seem to be stuck and I know it's my eating that's making me stick there.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

So far I have had good luck losing and I only have 10-15 pds to lose.
