Ricotta Cheese?

I can't remember or find what ricotta cheese counts as?  I see that it is under the Cheese on the foods to enjoy list.  So...

Cheese/Protein

Cheese/Dairy

Since I don't like the low fat ricotta plain, I mix it with flavorings (almond usually) and splenda and eat it that way, or if I have the oven going for something else, I'll put some in cup and bake it to eat after dinner.

When I flavor it, I tend to flavor the entire package, so it's all set to go when I want some.

If it's the sweetness-factor (or lack thereof) that makes you not care for plain yogurt, you can use the
