Has anyone seen the new commercials about HFCS? I think it's funny that they're trying to make it sound like HFCS is okay "when used in moderation." Even if true, exactly how are you supposed to achieve that moderation when it is hidden in so many foods?

I guess, in a way, these commercials are a good sign that more and more people are avoiding HFCS.

Thanks for the article, Jamie. I have known for a long time to avoid HFCS, but never had a clear idea why. Makes perfect sense to avoid something that will not give you a 'feeling of fullness'.

Btw, I saw that advertisement for HFCS at the bottom of the diet board too. I thought it was pretty disgusting to find it down there...
