Hi everyone. I figure I'll stop asking questions long enough to introduce myself. I've tried SBD before quite a few years ago. I did ok, but had such a hard time moving to p2 and I gave up pretty quick. I lurked around here adn got lots of tips.
So here I am, fatter than I was then and I need to do this. I'm terrified, but I have to do this. Thankfully dh is on board too. I'm trying to meal plan, but I'm not sure where to start.
Do any of you have the SBD quick and easy book? I'd like to try it. I have the old original SBD book and I really dont like the recipes in there. THey all call for strange ingredients and require way to much cooking. i have 4 children and they'll be on plan (p2'ish) with me. They are all healthy and fit, but we eat as a family.
