Hmmm, I have no idea! I haven't been cooking as much since school started. But I have plenty of time today to spend some time in the kitchen.
I've been meaning to make Indian food for a long time, so I'll probably make some sort of curry with chickpeas and zucchini. I think I have a recipe that uses those ingredients. I'll serve it with a whole grain, probably brown rice.
Discussion about dinner with the girls was sub shop, a local diner, making something when we get there (after a stop at a food store to buy something to cook)
Whatever it is, it will involved a glass or two of wine.
I have Bunko tonite, so I'm not exactly certain what dinner will be. The girl who is hosting it usually does soup of some sort, plus other stuff. I'll just do the best I can. I'm so tired right now I don't really care! I have eaten really well all day so far, so I'm not too worried about a little slip tonite.
Before I leave I'll make DH and the kids some blueberry cottage cheese pancakes. They *love* those things!

I think I'm going to make this recipe that was recently posted...Feta Chicken and Vegetables.

After all of that discussion about feta salad dressings, I may try one of those recipes to go along with it.
Joy,
I picked up a feta salsa at Whole Foods this week since i was craving feta from all the feta talk.
Hmm.

I'm not sure since I'm heading to NH.
