Anyone ever start out with phase 2?

Just wondering if anyone ever has success with starting out with phase 2 instead of phase 1. I really can't stand the eggs. I've tried. Really I have. I just can't make myself like them. The thought of meat in the am makes me ill. Any other ideas for breakfast? I'm thinking if maybe I just start the day with a bowl of bran cereal (one that's phase 2 approved) and follow the rest of the day with phase 1 foods for the first two weeks. Do you think this would work? Today is day 1 for me and I did force down eggs this morning but I know I'll never make it if I think this is my only breakfast option.
Thanks for any tips!!!
Kelly

Hi,

You don't ever have to eat eggs or meat in the morning.

I started on P2, and I'm glad I did. I had done P1 in the past and just didn't like the way I felt while I was on it. I started on July 15 and I am currently down about 16 pounds. As others will tell you, P2 is the true weight loss phase. P1 is only meant to get rid of cravings. That does not mean it is necessary for everyone to complete P1.

If you don't want to do P1, then don't do it. You don't need to justify it.
