Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte

I know we have a lot of Starbucks officianados on this site.  Can anyone answer this question?

I used the Starbucks online tool to calculate the nutritional info on a tall pumpkin spice latte, nonfat, no whipped cream, and it came down to 200 calories.

It still has 37g sugar.  Is there any way to order this minus any added sugar?  There's no ingredients list on the site.  If you can get it sugar-free as well as fat-free, anyone know what the calorie count would be?

That's a good idea. On the weekends I tend to buy non-fat plain lattes and add my own SF syrup - I get more options that way.

Past Races:
-Boston Run to Remember Half Marathon, 5/29/11 (2:35:11, no training!)
-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)
-BAA 10k, 6/26/11 (1:04:52, wanted to be under an hour...)
-Tavern to Tavern

Just wanted to say that the SF Gingerbread is absolutely YUMMY! I think it comes out right after Halloween. Last year I know that people were buying it by the bottle from Starbucks, and I'll do that this year, too.

Also, there are many flavors available (although it's sporadic) at TJMaxx and HomeGoods, in case anyone didn't know to check there!

They're building a HomeGoods really close to me so that's great info about checking there.

I've also seen it at Marshall's, but again it's a sporadic item.
