Does anyone know the answer to this question:
You had 7 pieces of candy that were 100 calories a piece. If you were to keep all the rest of your calories the same for the week, would you be better off (from a weight gain standpoint) eating one piece per day for a week or all 7 at once?
Curious as to the answer….

Is there a correct answer?
That would mean 700 extra calories all in one day.
I don't have the answer...
It's just my personality, but I would be better of doing a one-time splurge, then getting it out of my system.
My 'splurge' would be defined as salty, crunchy crackers!
