I found these new Sandwich thins, but can't manage to post a picture and their web-site does not list nutrition facts, so these below are off the package.


Arnold Select Sandwich Thins - 100 calories


100% whole wheat


Ingredients:


Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Wheat Bran, Yeast, Cellulose Fiber, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Polydextrose, Salt, Canola Oil, Cultured Wheat Flour


Nutrition Facts


1 serving = 43 g ( A bit over the SBD serving size)


Calories - 100


Saturated Fat 1 g


Sodium 230 mg (a bit high I think)


Carbs 21 g


Fiber 6 g


Sugar 2 g


Protein 5 g

hmmmm...from what you've posted, they look OK. But I don't know what "sugan" is (or was that a typo that should say "sugar"?)

I have a hard time typing at home on a regular keyboard, my work keyboard is a split keyboard, so the keys at home are too close together and I can't type well on it!
