What Are you Having for Breakfast Today?

Today (and yesterday and the day before...) I had a cup of lf plain yogurt with a tablespoon of sf, ff cheesecake jello, splenda and a 1/4 of a chopped banana mixed in!
My morning snack will be the remainder of the banana and a cup of steel cut oats, which leads me to another question.
I take 1 cup of steel cut oats, cook with 5 cups of liquid (3 cups milk and 2 cups water), splenda, a 1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts, and depending on my mood cinnamon, nutmeg, etc for flavorings.
From all this I get 6 cups of oatmeal. I know this because I divy it up into one cup serving containers. So what is the actual grain serving I'm getting? 1, less than 1? or more? I've been counting it as one

I had steel cut oats made with milk, and stirred in some sugar-free raspberry jam.
I always get
I thought (and could be wrong) that 1/4 cup uncooked = 1 cup cooked, and 2 grain servings
So, if 1 cup uncooked = 6 cups cooked, would mean about 1.25 grains per 1 cup serving?
I just checked my box of steel cut oats; ¼ cup uncooked = 40 grams.
Well
1/4 cup uncooked steel-cut oats is a serving
1/2 cup uncooked steel-cut oats is a serving
We don't measure the cooked volume.
